Castle Levan has often featured in the media. Years ago, this was in picture postcards, travel guides, news bulletins, letters and even romantic fiction.
More recently Castle Levan was featured alongside Glemis Castle (family home of Elizabeth, the Queen Mother) in the Scottish Television series, 'Castles of Scotland'. This was first broadcast across Scotland in Gaelic, and then throughout the United Kingdom translated into English.
